Cancellation & Refund Policy – Resume-Score

At Resume-Score, we provide digital services like resume writing, editing, and related freelance work. Since these services are custom-made for each client, full refunds are usually not possible once work has started or been delivered.

This policy explains when you may or may not be eligible for a refund.


When You Can Request a Refund

We may offer a full or partial refund in these special cases:

  • Work Hasn’t Started Yet:
    You can cancel and request a refund only if our team hasn’t started working on your order. This must be done shortly after placing the order.

  • Late Delivery (Our Side):
    If we are unable to deliver your order on time because of issues on our end, you may request a refund.
    Note: We start work only after we receive all the details from you. Delays due to missing information from your side may void the refund eligibility.

  • Service Not as Described:
    If the final delivery does not match what was promised, and you report it within a reasonable time with clear proof, we’ll review the case and may issue a refund.


How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email us from your registered email address with your name and transaction ID.

  2. We’ll get back to you within 3 business days.

  3. If needed, you can escalate the issue by emailing support@resume-score.com.

  4. We will review your case within 7 business days of escalation and make a final decision based on the details provided.
